KERMIT RUFFINS & THE BARBECUE SWINGERS - Lil' Liza Jane
[WWOZ ON CD: THE SOUNDS OF NEW ORLEANS, VOL. 15/WWOZ]

THE RADIATORS - Monkey Meet [WWOZ ON CD: THE SOUNDS OF NEW ORLEANS,
	VOL. 11/WWOZ]
Fish Head Music! From New Orleans, since 1978.

PAT KILBRIDE - The Kinsale Herring [NIGHTINGALE LANE/Temple]
Pat's an Irish musician who hopped to Scotland in the 1970s
and joined Battlefield Band. "One day," said Batties founding
member Alan Reid, "he wandered off, and 23 years later he
came back." Pat's just rejoined Battlefield, and will be
featured on their next album. In the meantime, this mighty
fine solo record of traditional and original songs and tunes.
SEÁN SMYTH agus KEVIN HOUGH - Ríleanna (Reels):
Rogha Sheán Smyth [CEOL TIGH NEACHTAIN: MUSIC FROM
	GALWAY/Gael-Linn]
Recorded live at Tigh Neachtain, or Naughton's Pub,
	in Galway City.
ALAN REID and ROB VAN SANTE - Stovies/Trip to Raasay/The Cailleach
with the Crash Helmet [UNDER THE BLUE/Temple]
Duet record from Alan of Battlefield Band and their sound
man Rob, a fine musician in his own right.
CEOLBEG - The Jolly Beggar/The Man in Black [AN UNFAIR DANCE/Greentrax]
The late (and deeply missed) Davy Steele on vocals, back in
his Ceolbeg days before he joined Battlefield Band.

JERRY DOUGLAS - Patrick Meets the Brickbats [LOOKOUT FOR HOPE/Sugar Hill]
New album from the premier Dobroist.
JIM LAUDERDALE/RALPH STANLEY & THE CLINCH MOUNTAIN BOYS - Zacchaeus
	[LOST IN THE LONESOME PINES/Dualtone]
DOYLE LAWSON & QUICKSILVER - Oak Ridge Rendezvous [THE HARD GAME
	OF LOVE/Sugar Hill]

Road Waltz) [GET ON BOARD/Zydeco Hound]
MICHAEL DOUCET - Madame Sosthène [BELIZAIRE THE CAJUN:
	ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK/Arhoolie]
Really sweet (and short) version of one of my favorite Cajun
songs, just fiddle, voice and ti-fer (triangle).

A little set for Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day, Mom!
JOHN DELAFOSE & THE EUNICE PLAYBOYS - Mother's Day Blues
	[JOE PETE GOT TWO WOMEN/Arhoolie]
DOC WATSON - Mama Don't Allow No Music
KATHY KALLICK - Use a Napkin (Not Your Mom) [QUEEN OF THE HEART:
A COLLECTION OF SONGS INSPIRED BY MOM/Sugar Hill]

Tom Waits "Invitation to the Blues"

VICTORIA SPIVEY - Harlem Susie-Kue [VICTORIA SPIVEY: THE COMPLETE
RECORDED WORKS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, VOL. 4: 1936-1937/
