     recording again.  The drunken growl is as before, and he sounds much
     more energetic than on his last album with the Pogues.

     The first track from the band Jeff Tweedy rose from the ashes of
     Uncle Tupelo.  Syd Straw sits in on backing vocals.

     in 1981 at Marc Savoy's Music Center in Eunice.  Oddly, not included
     on the recent Arhoolie reissue of this album's final un-re-released
     tracks.

     northern Irish band, with a few personnel changes.  The band is 
     almost entirely made up of women now (except for Eoghan O'Brien on
     harp and guitar), and that's nice to see.  They're wonderful musicians.
