This class is the culmination of the Professional Cooking Program at UCLA Extension's Hospitality/Foodservice Department, and the Spring 1996 class, of which I was a member, held their final project on Sunday, June 9, 1996.

The project was a five-course banquet for 170 people, held at the Garden Room Restaurant atop Macy's in Westwood.
