HOW TO PEEL AND EAT CRAWFISH

Eunice, Louisiana resident (and former Eunice Mayor) Gil Young offers some of Festival Tours' guests a crawfish-peeling lesson, at the Savoys' crawfish boil, during the Cajun Country Tour. Once you learn this simple technique, you then stand there and eat nothing but crawfish until you're full! Yeah you rite! (Gil passed away in March of 2009. He was a great friend to everyone in Festival Tours and we miss him very much.)
